Identify a complex concept or task that can be taught using one or multiple scenarios.

(1) Create a pitch deck to pitch for the proposed instructional solution

(2) Create a storyboard/project plan/design document that further details the proposed instructional solution

(3) Create the actual deliverables that you need in order to implement your instructional solution with users

(4) Critically evaluate design choices and use of design models and theories

The target learner is a student who has limited professional experience, not just in a career field of interest, but also in the skills and knowledge necessary to search for, apply to, network, and interview for an internship.  

This includes undergraduate juniors and seniors, first-generation college students, and non-traditional students.

Given a sample internship role, module participants will differentiate between situational and behavioral interview questions, apply the STAR method in their response, and assess their responses for completeness.
