I had the privilege of working closely with Koko during her time as a Global Program Manager, and her contributions were nothing short of exceptional. She played a pivotal role in establishing systems and processes that are still in use today, years after her departure—a testament to her forward-thinking approach. Her outstanding program management kept the organization running smoothly, ensuring projects were delivered on time and within scope while maintaining high-quality standards. She consistently went above and beyond by creating comprehensive training tutorials and offering live support to ensure parents, students, faculty, and staff had the knowledge and tools they needed to succeed. Her ability to break down complex systems and patiently guide team members through them was invaluable, helping to foster both individual growth and team-wide efficiency. Koko was not just a key member of our team; she was instrumental in building the very foundation that the organization continues to rely on today. Her leadership, technical expertise, and unwavering support created a lasting impact on our organization. 

Koko played an instrumental role in helping me transition from traditional in-person teaching to online teaching.  She worked with me one-on-one to build a space for my students to call ‘home’ and immerse themselves in the content, sharing countless online tools and resources to make my classroom top notch. From building well-organized units with assignments, formative and summative assessments, and more for students to complete asynchronously, to sharing instructional tools and tips to keep students engaged in our live sessions, Koko is truly an expert in online teaching and learning. My course is vibrant, easy to navigate, organized, interactive, and highly engaging all thanks to her guidance.

Koko is incredibly skilled at juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and is highly skilled in organizing, managing, and executing in-person and virtual events. Koko is adept at evaluating plans for any gaps and identifying areas for improvement; she is often called on to give input on different department projects and initiatives. She is level-headed and a skilled problem solver. My other colleagues and I are in awe of how she calmly handles times of high-pressure.

Koko has been essential to my development as a teacher. From implementing instructional technology to playing the scope and sequence of my units, she was always willing to share her expertise and collaborate. Koko constantly encouraged me to push my students and the families for the highest standard of education. I admire her constant drive being more value and impact to everything she does. She would be a great asset to any organization.
